Step 2 - Fill out the form
Provide as much information as you can, the more information we receive by you, the faster and more specifically we can process your request.
Step 3 - Submit form
Did you fill in all the information? Then just click on “send”. You will now automatically receive a transaction number by e-mail and we have recorded your complaint.
Step 4 - Waiting for response
Our service staff will contact you within the next 2 working days after you have opened a process. In most cases, this is done over the phone or by email. He will then tell you how to proceed.
Step 5 - Submit my product
If your device is defective and is under warranty, send it to us. Please always enclose a note with the package with the RMA number you received by us. This ensures a quick assignment of the complaint and the received package in our house.
