Key Account Manager / Customer Adviser (all genders) – DDoptics Chemnitz
You advise our customers on high-quality optical equipment by phone, by email and in our showroom. You help them choose products, handle enquiries and ensure everything runs smoothly.
Especially suited to optics enthusiasts, DDoptics fans and hunters and sports shooters (e.g. jobs in the hunting industry / jobs for hunters) who enjoy working with binoculars, riflescopes, sports optics or recreational optics .
Don’t worry: You do not need to know everything from the start. We provide comprehensive training and introduce you to our products and processes step by step.
- Advising customers by phone and email on products and purchases
- Order processing: quotations, orders, availability and invoices, in coordination with the team
