The transmission curve of DDoptics NXT binoculars shows how much visible light passes through the optical system. High transmission is essential for bright, high-contrast images and natural colour reproduction.
The range between approximately 500 and 650 nm is particularly important, as it covers much of the light to which human vision is sensitive. High, even transmission supports clear viewing in daylight, at twilight and in changing light conditions.
UV and IR components are also reduced to minimise stray light and maintain comfortable viewing. The result is balanced optical performance that is easy on the eyes when hunting, watching wildlife or exploring outdoors.
