What are you allowed to do?
Authorized and necessary use for effective product testing:
When using the viewing regulation, the free and non-binding use of the goods within the trial period is intended and entitled to be checked.
Is there a financial risk for me if I take the optics with me to the hunting ground?
If the goods deteriorate as a result of the intended use, you do not have to pay compensation or a usage fee.
Dust, light dirt and also small scratches on the armor - "That can happen during testing. We know that!"
May I also purchase the goods? Do I get an option to buy?
Yes, you will receive a purchase option (invoice) with the goods with every viewing order. If you like our look, you are welcome to use the purchase option. After purchasing the goods by paying the purchase price, ownership is transferred to the user. The customer is then fully entitled to use the goods.
Unauthorized Use
The ordered goods must be paid for in full after the trial period of 3-4 days. Otherwise, the goods must be returned no later than 5 days after receipt. Your postal receipt is sufficient as proof. If the goods are neither paid for in full nor returned within 10 days, DDoptics is entitled to claim a contractual penalty of €50 for unauthorized use of the goods. We expressly ask you not to overdo this regulation or to take advantage of it maliciously, otherwise we will not be able to offer this service for very long. DDoptics is free to reject orders for viewing and on account (especially for new customers or outside of Germany). There is expressly no obligation to deliver for inspection.
Procedure for viewing orders
For this order form, you will receive an email with an attached order form after your online order. This order form has already been filled in according to your order details. We ask you to sign this order form and send it back to us by email, fax or post. After receipt of the signed order form, the goods will be sent to you immediately. Please understand that for security reasons and to protect our customers, we require a signed order confirmation for inspection orders before delivery is released. Basically, when ordering via the DDoptics online shop, a delivery address that differs from the invoice recipient can be specified in the order process. However, we ask for your understanding that for security reasons this service cannot be offered for viewing orders and the billing address for viewing orders must always correspond to the delivery address.
Important for end customers
Irrespective of the viewing regulation, your 30-day right of withdrawal before and after payment has been made remains unaffected. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, there are basically no usage fees. The viewing regulation is only an opportunity for interested customers to be able to check goods without advance payment and payment risk. The view regulation is therefore only a payment method with a due date. It has no influence whatsoever on the right of withdrawal.
