The Kolibri 10x42 Gen3 combines the high light-gathering capacity of a 42 mm objective lens with 10× magnification. It is the right choice for birdwatching, wide landscapes, hiking and stalking when you want to see distant details more clearly. The large objective lens keeps the image bright as the light fades, while 10× magnification brings birds and other small subjects visibly closer.

Sophisticated phase correction of the roof-prism system delivers brilliant, colour-accurate, high-contrast images. Stray-light effects are minimal in moonlight or backlit conditions. The HDX-FMC coating introduced with Generation 3 provides impressive image brightness and even sharper images with fewer reflections, right out to the edge of the field of view.

Waterproof, fog-free binoculars with close focus from 2 m

The Kolibri 10x42 uses true internal focusing. Subjects can be brought into sharp focus from just 2 m. This works even in heavy rain, which poses no danger to the binoculars. A nitrogen filling ensures that the Kolibri 10x42 is fully waterproof and fog-free.

A full field of view for glasses wearers

The Kolibri 10x42 has eyecups with a Z-click-stop mechanism made from exceptionally robust lightweight metal. These retractable eyecups allow glasses wearers to enjoy the entire field of view. The easy-to-adjust dioptre control is located on the right eyepiece.
