OPTICS & PRISMS

Brighter, clearer, slimmer.

Generation 4 combines CT glass, FMC HDX coatings and Schmidt–Pechan prisms with phase correction and dielectric mirror coatings. The result is a colour-neutral, high-contrast image with excellent edge sharpness – especially valuable in fading light.

SMART FOCUS

Sharp viewing without constant refocusing.

After focusing at approximately 100 m, the image remains largely in focus at typical hunting distances from around 50 m to infinity. This makes observation easier at twilight and at night, when the focusing wheel should not distract from what matters.

WEATHERPROOF DESIGN

Ready when the rain arrives.

The Nighteagle ERGO is waterproof to 1.5 m and nitrogen-filled. The Raindefender Nano coating supports a water-repellent lotus effect, helping to maintain a usable view even in wet conditions.

Brighter, lighter, higher contrast

When every finger naturally finds its place on a pair of binoculars, when they feel light and compact in your hands, and when they still deliver a brighter, higher-contrast image than you ever thought possible from such a lightweight model, then we have got everything right.

See things whatever the light

Whether in daylight or at twilight, the most pleasing view is one that appears completely natural and true to colour. The new optics of the Nighteagle Ergo 3.1 give the viewer a sense of experiencing truly brilliant reality, with the Nighteagle Ergo repeatedly providing a pleasant surprise. Colour fringing and colour inaccuracies are rarely seen through these binoculars, and a straight line remains straight even at the edges.

Easy adjustment for the 50 m to infinity function

The new Nighteagle Ergo generation 3.1 has become a little more like its "big brother", the Pirschler Gen. 3. The new Nighteagle also has a tactile line marking that makes it easy to return the binoculars to the focus range by day and at twilight. To adjust them at twilight, simply turn the tactile line marking on the focusing wheel to the "top" and the image is sharp.
