Our V6 2.5-16x42 riflescope is fitted with a manually controlled fibre-optic illuminated dot as standard.
The DDoptics Generation III V6 2.5-16x42 riflescope is made from a robust aluminium alloy, is shock-resistant and contains no plastic parts. All aluminium components have a non-reflective “fine black” anodised finish. The optics feature high-performance CT glass (Clear Transmission), providing a bright, clear view. Even at 16× magnification, they deliver a high-contrast, parallax-free image with natural colours, outstanding edge-to-edge sharpness and excellent transmission. With a field of view of 14 m or 2.5 m at 2.5× or 16× magnification respectively, the scope is suitable for any hunting application.
The V6 2.5-16x42 riflescope offers important advantages through its wide adjustment and magnification ranges:
During the day, 16× magnification allows confident shooting even at long distances. The wide reticle adjustment range enables precise presets for different shooting distances. When hunting at night with a night-vision or thermal-imaging clip-on device, high magnification can also be achieved thanks to the exceptionally wide parallax adjustment range; applicable legal requirements must be observed. Designed specifically for this use, the parallax adjustment, with a close range of 10 m, can compensate for image blur caused by night-vision and thermal-imaging clip-on devices even at higher magnification. This is not possible with riflescopes that have a more limited parallax adjustment range or no parallax adjustment. At times of high wild boar populations, this makes the scope particularly well suited to night-time high-seat hunting with special authorisation.

Top-quality features
The riflescope is equipped with an exceptionally fine A4N illuminated reticle in the second focal plane, which obscures very little of the target. In poor light or at night, the reflection-free red fibre-optic illuminated dot provides support. Its brightness can be adjusted precisely and continuously, and it is optionally available with intelligent automatic on/off control (IFiber™).
Quick reticle adjustment
The V6 2.5-16x42 features quick reticle adjustment (ASV). The metal elevation and windage turrets are fully waterproof. The ASV has dual scales (Doubleturn) and a stop at the zero position (Zero stop), allowing settings for different shooting distances to account for wind direction and strength or possible target movement. Each click adjusts the reticle by 0.1 MRAD (milliradian), equivalent to 1 cm at 100 m. The click adjustment is fully precise and repeatable.

One turn of the adjustment turret corresponds to 10 MRAD (100 cm at 100 m).
The total adjustment range is 26 MRAD (260 cm at 100 m).
This corresponds to an adjustment range of 2600 cm at 1000 m.
